I had a very good stay at this hotel. The spacious family room exceeded my expectations and the garden and lakeview area were perfect for relaxation. I even had a peaceful spot for my yoga exercises. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to anticipate our needs. The common room was cozy and intimate, and every corner was interesting and Instagram-worthy. The room was clean, and the mattress and linen were comfortable. The hotel's attention to detail, from the basic amenities to the amazing view rooms with balconies on the first floor, along with the availability of a kitchen and breakfast, made my stay even more enjoyable.

Had a great Easter weekend at a hotel with an amazing view. Enjoyed the cool weather and the peaceful location. The staff provided excellent customer service and were extremely accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The food offerings were great and the restaurant had an instagram-worthy ambiance.

Had a slight issue with mosquitoes and some insects that managed to enter our room. The location was a bit difficult to find and signage along the road was not very visible.

This hotel is situated in a great location near a few shops and a chapel. the view from the room on the edge of a cliff was breathtaking. the family suite was spacious with a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. the staff was accommodating and courteous. the breakfast choices were varied and delicious, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere.

The amenities could use some improvement. the television signal was poor, and the hotel did not have a wheelchair who needed it.
